Customized Individual Tours (FITs)
We can provide FIT packages in any country featured in this brochure. We offer hotel accommodations at all levels - Tourist, Superior Tourist, First Class, Superior First Class and Deluxe. In addition, we can provide transfers and local sightseeing tours, as well as rail transportation and car rentals in most countries. Land only services require a minimum purchase requirement of $600 per person; bookings less than this amount may be subject to $75 per person FIT booking fee. We have contracts with hundreds of hotels all over Europe and we will be happy to quote your FIT package based on the properties in our program. All prices are quoted as a package and cannot be quoted by separate services. We will not accept requests for 1 night hotel stays. We will not accept requests for transfers and/or sightseeing tours unless a hotel stay is included. We are unable to accept requests that require specific airlines, hotels or tours that are not part of our program.

Groups
We are happy to handle all your group needs. Special Terms and Conditions apply to all group bookings and will be quoted by our group department. We can accommodate special interest groups and groups that require customized itineraries and services. Please call our Group Department at 800 995 7997 ext. 104 to discuss all the details. Please note: to ensure there is no miscommunication, group requests should be sent in writing specifying dates, number of passengers, number of rooms, hotel categories, meals, sightseeing tours, transfers and other services to be included, as well as US departure airport(s).
